1. Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 working days after confirmation. During sales or seasonal rush, processing time may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Within Pakistan:
We offer nationwide delivery through trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery time: 3 to 7 working days (depending on your city).

3. International Shipping:
Currently, we are offering delivery within Pakistan only.
(International shipping will be available soon 🌍)

4. Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000

• For orders below Rs. 5,000, a standard delivery charge will apply (as per location).

5. Order Tracking:
Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp so you can easily track your order.

6. Delays:
Unforeseen delays due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays may occur.
